Doc and Docx Files Are Not Printing
If .doc and .docx files do not print or print with a delay, you can "bypass the issue" by first saving the document as a PDF.
In Word, select Save As.
Choose PDF (*.pdf) as the file format, and click Save.
Open the saved document with a PDF reader (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader) and select Print File.
From the Printer menu, choose your preferred print queue, such as the standard A4 print option.

- Restart your computer and the device where the issue is occurring. Try the function again.
- If the function you are attempting is happening in a web browser, try the function again in an incognito or private window and in a different browser.
- Try searching for a solution on the site of the IT Services by using the following search methods:

- search machine of the wiki (right upper corner)
- a general search engine, for instance Google Search
- alphabetical index
- FAQ
