Requeste - Service Request System
Purpose
Requeste is a service request system. It helps in the management of taks, service requests, and feedback e.g. in the following situations:
- Data security and data protection breach
- Safety notice
- Helpdesk
- Facility management services
- Library
Address
Access
Access rights are determined by the user's role.
Internal users, i.e. service request handlers', receive permissions when the superior makes a service request to Helpdesk.

What to do if you encounter problems
Make a service request to Helpdesk. If the service request system is not working, contact Helpdesk by email or by phone.
