Helpdesk - service request submission
Using the web form
- Visit with your computer or smartphone hd.metropolia.fi
- Select your language from the top right corner
- Login to the service with your Metropolia username and password
- Click on Report new case
- Select Helpdesk
- Specify as clearly as possible what the request is about so that it can be directed to the proper team. This will speed up solving the the case. Explain how and in what situation the problem occurs. Identify also any possible devices that the problem involves.
- Include the error code if you received an error notification
- Attach a print screen if needed
- When did the fault occur?
- Do you experience the same fault on other devices? Have others faced the same issue also?
- Has the workstation or peripheral device been restarted? If not, restart it and mention it in your description
- Add a possible picture or file with Browse or Attach buttons
- Send a request
- Log Out
