Delve is a cloud-based service, which helps users find and discover pertinent information across integrated Microsoft products.

How to get Microsoft Delve
Signing in
Regardless of how you use it, sign in to this application and other Microsoft cloud services as userID@metropolia.fi (not firstname.lastname@metropolia.fi). Read more about the different forms of username and how to sign in to cloud services.
Use directly in your browser
- You can access Delve directly from your web browser at https://metropoliafi-my.sharepoint.com/_layouts/15/me.aspx
- Log in with your Metropolia username in the form userID@metropolia.fi (see also the more detailed instructions for logging in to the cloud).

Terms of Service
The application belongs to the authorized work and study tools in Metropolia.
Metropolia students and staff members use the service with their Metropolia accounts. Links to guides.
User support is provided by the Metropolia IT Services Helpdesk. The user is responsible for backing up the files they store in cloud services. More information: Saving Files
Terms of Service of Metropolia cloud services must be applied by each user.
Availability
Office 2019 Desktop
- Ready in the computers administred by Metropolia
- In the Office apps package that Metropolia staff and students may download to their own computers.
Office 365 Desktop
- Metropolia staff can download the 365 versioin to their work computers on the Metropolia Software Center.
Mac Desktop
- Ready at the Metropolia Mac digi spaces. Facilities → Select campus → Computers
- Installed in the Mac computers of the staff.
- Metropolia staff and students may download to their own computers
Oneline version
- Online version (aka web version) is used on computers that are online. Metropolia staff and students use the software for their Metropolia works on their Metropolia accounts. Before the deployment you have to accept the Metropolia terms of use. For more information.

Mobile apps
- Users have to download the mobile apps in the application stores of Apple or Google.
