How do I attach the received email as an attachment in my response to the helpdesk using the Outlook desktop application?

  1. Right-click on the helpdesk message and select "Reply".

  3. If the Outlook view switches to the dragged message, click back to the Draft view where you were writing the reply. The forwarded message should now be attached.
