Activation
When you start as a new student, staff member at Metropolia or in a partner organization, you need to activate your user account.
The purpose of the activation is that you personally accept the rules of the account usage policy and start using your account.
Activate your user account via netbank identifiers or mobile certificate.
If neither of the proposed ways are possible, use our alternative online password activation system
The activation password is valid for 45 days, after that you have to get a new activation password. Instructions for getting a new activation password are the same as in the case of forgotten password.
