Please note that sending the activation slip by registered secure mail email is only possible if you reside outside the Helsinki metropolitan area.

You can activate your user account only after your studies have begun. If you are unable to activate your user account, first make sure that your studies have already started. If you have previously had a Metropolia user account, it is possible to change the password through the activation service without activating the user account.
