Several multifunction printer related changes were made in 2014 summer and fall.
Multifunction printers
After new multifunction printers were acquired in early 2014 it was decided that printing could be improved by renewing printing queues.
Since the fall 2014 the following printing queues are available:
Following Print queues are available at Helsinki Metropolia University of Applied Sciences:
- Canon Print A4
- Canon
- Toshiba Print A4
- Toshiba Color Print A4
- Toshiba Canon Print A3
- Toshiba Canon Color Print A3
All printing queues are double-sided by default. Printing queues are set up as shown below.

Older printing queues are automatically deleted from workstations by IT Services.

To avoid unwanted errors in print jobs, check is performed on every print job sent to printing queue and if needed, the user is asked for confirmation before the job is printed. For more information, click here. [PaperCut - Tulostustarkistus]
