PaperCut - Checks on Printing Jobs

Beginning in fall 2014, printing queues are setup with automatic check for number of pages. The check is meant to help in avoiding e.g. erroneous Excel table printing.

The customer is asked to confirm that the print job is correct. Among other things, the print jobs number of pages should be checked.

If e.g. an Excel table of few pages only is about to result in a print job of hundreds of pages, the print job should be cancelled and the Excel table should be checked for errors.

In the picture above the number of pages is circled with green. If the number of pages is correct, click on Print to have the print job added to the printing queue.
