1. Touch the Toshiba card reader with your copy card.
2. Place a multi-page document in the feed tray located on the top of the lid,
3. or place single-page document under the lid.
4. Press the ”SKANNAUS” button on the device.
5. Select where you want to scan your document to. The options are a USB stick or e-mail. Next, go to section ”6.1 Scanning to e-mail” or section ”6.2 Scanning to a USB stick”.

1. Select e-mail by touching the E-MAIL button on the touch screen.
2. Your e-mail address is shown on the screen. Touch ”OK” on the touch screen.
3. You can change the scanning options by touching the ”ASETUKSET” button on the touch screen. The option are e.g. color vs. black/white, zoom, and double-sided. After setting the desired options, touch the ”SKANNAA” button on the touch screen.
4. Remember to log out of the device by pressing the ”FC” button twice. 
2. Scanning to a USB stick

1. Insert the USB memory stick to the USB port on the right side of the device.
2. Touch the ”TIEDOSTO/USB” button on the touch screen.
3. To change the scanning options, touch the ”ASETUKSET” button on the touch screen. The options are e.g. color vs. black/white, zoom, and double-sided. After setting the options, touch the ”SKANNAA” button on the touch screen.
4. Remember to log out of the multifunction device by pressing the ”FC” button twice.
