Following general guidelines, User Support has shifted primarily to remote working. In practice, this means that user support is available to staff as follows:
- by making a service request as explained here
- by sending email to helpdesk@metropolia.fi, and by explaining in detail what is needed
- in some cases service is available also on campus: the computer does not work or cannot be fixed remotely
- purchase requests via https://https://hankintalomake.metropolia.fi or by making an IT Purchase request: https://hd.metropolia.fi > Report new case > IT Purchase
We serve customers on weekdays at 8am-4pm.
