Adding a Missing Program Icon to the Dock
Problem:
A desired program is missing from the Dock, or there is a question mark in place of the program icon.
Solutions:
- You can search for the desired program on your computer and/or remove the unnecessary shortcut from the Dock.

- If you have already started the program, you can also right-click and select "Keep in Dock."

- If the function you are attempting is happening in a web browser, try the function again in an incognito or private window and in a different browser.
