User Account of Pop & Jazz Conservatory, The Helsinki Conservatory of music or Heltech staff user account acquisition process
- Supervisor provides information, necessary for the Metropolia IT support, about new employee.
- Contact person transmits needed information to Metropolia Helpdesk.
- Metropolia IT support informs to contact person when accountpaper is ready to print
- Contact person prints new user account, checks users identity, and disposes accountpaper to user.
- User does activation with instructions in accountpaper.

Contact person is usually the person who gives you your account paper at very first time in Metropolia.
- Contact person transmits needed information to Metropolia Helpdesk.
- Metropolia Helpdesk sends account paper to contact person
- Contact person checks users identity, and disposes accountpaper to user.
- User does activation with instructions in accountpaper.
User account is locked
If User account is locked, take contact to your contact person.
Forgotten password
New password can only get personally from user support service points Helpdesk or form your contact person.
Be ready to prove you identity by some official document.
We cannot send passwords by e-mail or SMS!
