A list of different user account roles and their levels. Role title texts are links to actual instructions. The instructions contain e.g. instructions on how to request user accounts. The data is transferred to staff and students automatically from the source systems (HR, student register) and the user accounts are created automatically.

• user accounts created for a Metropolia project or a project managed together with other organizations
• long-term instructors' user accounts (when the account is needed for a period longer than a week, when login access to systems or computers is needed but a Metropolia email address is not needed)

Guest account

• guests' user accounts (when an account is needed for logging in to Metropolia workstations or for the wireless network during a short period of time only, usually less than a week, but login access to other Metropolia systems is not needed)
