Other partner organisations
e.g. Metka, Palmia, Sol, Sodexo, non-military service personnel, translators, public health nurse services, school priest, members of longer projects and outsourcing service staff, who are in need of a Metropolia e-mail address.
- Contact personnel varies so we can't specify a name, but a name will be given when to the partner organisation when a partnership begins.
- Contact person will ask for the information required and will deliver it to Metropolia Helpdesk.
- Required information:
- first names, last name, identity number, function for what the username is required, validity time for the username.
- For those working in Metropolia premises also required title, main office and possible Metropolia extension.
- Metropolia helpdesk will deliver a username paper to the contact person, who will hand it to the worker after checking their identification.
- The user activates user account.

- Changes the password
Activation password is valid for 45 days, after that you must apply for a new one. Instructions for getting a new activation password are the same as in the case of forgotten password.
N.B. If the teacher at issue is part of outsourcing service personnel and he/she is added using the yearly planning to a implementation, in order for him/her to administer a work space in Tuubi or/and give grades in WinhaWiivi, you must separately mention it in a request. There is no need to mention this, if it is enough for the person at issue to be added as administrator for the Tuubi work space. In case other teachers/administrators can grant the person rights to become administrator or assistant directly to the work space using Manage -link.

Partner organisations staff must contact their contact person, who will be in contact with Metropolia Helpdesk.
