How do I use a cloud link sent by a teacher?

Google Workspace for Education

Do not click Request access.


  1. Click the email account you're signed in with.



  2. Click Use another account.



  3. Enter your username in the format username@metropolia.fi (not the email address but your username, followed by @metropolia.fi).
  4. Click Next.

  5. Sign in with your Metropolia credentials.


Microsoft 365

  1. Select Click here to sign in with a different account to this site.


  2. Click Use another account.

  3. Enter your username in the format username@metropolia.fi (not the email address but your username, followed by @metropolia.fi).



  4. Click Next.

If the problem persists, follow the instructions below.

  1. Restart your computer and the device where the issue is occurring. Try the function again.
