E-mail redirection - create a redirection rule
New rule from a menu
- After logging in, click on Options in the upper right corner of the window to see a drop down menu. Select Create an Inbox Rule...
The Organize E-Mail windows opens. Click on Inbox Rules:
- Click on the arrow head next to New... and select Create a new rule for arriving messages...
Redirection settings
In the new window, select [Apply to all messages] and [Redirect the message to]
- The address book window opens. In the To field towards the bottom of the window, type the e-mail address that you want the mails redirected to. Click on OK.
- The New Inbox Rule window should now look like this (check the information). Click on Save.
- The rule is now created and the Organize E-Mail window should look like this. To make changes to the rule, double-click on it.
