Microsoft Windows 8 and server operating systems are available if the study program has made an arrangement with the software supplier. Does not include Microsoft Office.

Tuubi is a portal where Metropolia provides information for students and staff. From Tuubi you can access your work spaces and links to information and Metropolia systems.

Customers (staff and students) can report problems and send questions by making service requests, which will be registered in Requeste, the Request Management System.
Student Union
Student unions in Finnish universities of applied sciences have had official legal status since 2005. METKA represents the students in Metropolia.
METKA organises various free time activities, from sports classes to massive student parties. METKA also runs a student tutor program at Metropolia. Student well being is our main concern--we can provide help in problem situations.
Student Affairs
Student Affairs Office e-service
Order transcripts of records, educational certificates and other electronic certificates. Documents will be mailed the next business day to the address of your order free of charge.
Student services have six offices located on different campuses. Student services are designed to help students with everyday study-related matters such as study right, enrolment and student financial aid. In addition, student affairs offices provide students with study certificates, transcript of records and discount ticket applications for public transportation.

Student Administration System (Winha)

Metropolia uses a Student Administration System called WinhaPro. The interface for the students is called WinhaWille. Students must register at the beginning of each academic year as either present or absent. In Winhawille you can also update your address and contact information, enrol to implementation, enrol to an exam, see your personal study plan ISP and grades in classes.
Students have their own Metropolia e-mail address while registered as students. The software used is Outlook. (Metropolia's official e-mail and workspace e-mail is directed to that address.).If you do not use your Metropolia e-mail, please redirect your e-mail to the e-mail address that you use.
School's schedule
Most Metropolia students find their schedules at lukkarit.metropolia.fi.

User account and password
amme.metropolia.fi (Instructions and additional information)
Change the password for your User Account. Login and see your User Account ID and email address at Metropolia (you should change your password periodically).
If you have forgotten your password or you want to activate a new user ID, you can use your personal netbank user ID or mobile certificate when logging in at amme.metropolia.fi/activate or password.metropolia.fi.
E-learning system
Moodle is an online learning environment. Some of the courses are open and for some a password is required.
