3. Helpdesk delivers the password to a porter (a request in advance is required)
You can make request into the request system by email heldpesk@metropolia.fi and ask, for the password to be delivered to any porters office in Metropolia. If you already have done a request, you can simple reply to the email you got and inform which unit you would like the password to be delivered. You can then get the password from the porter during the open hours of the unit. Mainly the Metropolia units are open Mon-Thu 8-20 and Fri 8-18. The specific open hours for each unit can be checked from the conctact information in Metropolia website by choosing the unit from the drop-down list on the left.
