  1. Check if the schedule entries are visible in OMA calendar.
  2. If they are visible, contact Tuudo's technical support directly at info@tuudo.fi.
  3. If they are not visible, the issue may be with Metropolia's systems. Submit a service request to the helpdesk following good practices.

How do I log in to Tuudo?

  1. If you haven't activated your user account yet, follow the instructions in How do i activate my user account?
  2. Download the Tuudo app from your phone's app store (available for Android and iPhone).
  3. Open the app.
  4. Search and select Metropolia from the starting menu.


  5. Choose Login with Metropolia account.




  6. Log in with your short Metropolia username (just the short username, not the email address) and password.
