The IT Services does not provide additional space for personal email inboxes, even in exceptional cases. Create space in your email inbox for new messages by deleting old ones. Follow the instructions on the Outlook 2013 backup/archiving page (requires login, only in Finnish).

If you need additional space in a shared email inbox, please request it by submitting a service request to the helpdesk. Each case will be handled on an individual basis.
