Starting from 10.9. IT Services will begin updating Firefox-browsers. Browsers will be updated to versions v15 and 10.0.7 ESR.
Updates will bring older versions up-to-date and patch security vulnerabitlities.
During updating Firefox-browser will be shutdown automatically if the user is not logged on. Otherwise updating will be attempted on a later date. Remember to log out while leaving your workstation for a longer period of time to ensure the browser update.
After the update staff members have to select which installed add-ons they wish to use. Instructions can be found at
