1. Contact personnel varies so we can't specify a name, but a name will be given when to the partner organisation when a partnership begins.
2. Contact person will ask for the information required and will deliver it to Metropolia Helpdesk.
3. Required information:
   • first names, last name, identity number, function for what the username is required, validity time for the username.
   • For those working in Metropolia premises also required title, main office and possible Metropolia extension.
4. Metropolia helpdesk will deliver a username paper to the contact person, who will hand it to the worker after checking their identification.

HUOM! Jos kyseessä on ostopalveluhenkilökuntaan kuuluva opettaja ja hänet viedään vuosisuunnittelun/toisun kautta toteutukselle, jotta pääsee Tuubin kautta hallinnoimaan työtiloja tai/ja WinhaWiiviin antamaan arvosanoja, täytyy asia mainita erikseen palvelupyynnössä. Tätä ei tarvise ilmoittaa, jos riittää että ko. henkilö lisätään Tuubin työtilan ylläpitäjäksi. Silloin muut opettajat/ylläpitäjät voivat lisätä henkilön työtilan ylläpitäjäksi tai avustajaksi suoraan työtilan Hallinta -linkin kautta.
