The Organize E-Mail windows opens. Click on Inbox Rules:

  • Click on the arrow head next to New... and select Create a new rule for arriving messages...

    In the new window, select \[Apply to all messages\] and \[Redirect the message to\]

  • The address book window opens. In the To field towards the bottom of the window, type the e-mail address that you want the mails redirected to. Click on OK.

  • The New Inbox Rule window should now look like this (check the information). Click on Save.

  • The rule is now created and the Organize E-Mail window should look like this. To make changes to the rule, double-click on it.
