All multifunction devices will be equipped with an ID card reader. All black and white multifunction devices will be replaced by color multifunction devices. The number of other printers will be gradually reduced during the Spring. At first, printers will be removed from classrooms. The only change in student printing will be in fees. The new contract will bring down the a small reduction in student printing fees a little. Staff can use all the devices that students use. In addition, there will be devices reserved for staff use only.
