- You don't have to delete accounts from laptops or other computers. Helpdesk will take care of that.

4. If you are changing a phone, take the SIM card from your old phone and put it in the new phone.
5. Attach a note on the device with the word 'Helpdesk' written on the note. Write also the service request number on the note.

If you are returning an old device in return for a new one, you do not need to contact Helpdesk. Just write the service request number on a note attached to the device.
