  • You can receive a new password only by visiting personally a Helpdesk service point or the Student Affairs Office.  In other words, you can pick up a sheet of paper containing your new password at any Metropolia location during regular office hours.
  • The password sheet can be printed and send to also be sent in an envelope to the janitor of your department. In these cases, do service request and remember to tell from what department you want to get your new password. 
  • Be ready to prove you identity by some official document.
  • Make a service request in which you state clearly at which Metropolia location you would like to pick up the password sheet. 
  • Please be ready to provide an official document as evidence of your identity.
  • If necessaryIf nessesary, in some cases, we can send a password by post as registered letter.
