Metropolia staff user account acquisition process

  1. Employee enters a contract with the supervisor.
  2. President gives signed contract to Personnel Administration department.
  3. Personal Secretary saves the new employee to HR -system and Winha.
  4. Personal Secretary prints new user account, checks users identity, and disposes accountpaper to user.
  5. User does activation with instructions in accountpaper.

User account is locked

Metropolian staff takes contact to Personal Secretery if the user account is locked before the expiry of the employment contract.

Forgot your password?

  • New password can only get personally from user support service points Helpdesk or Personal Secretary. 
  • The password can be printed and send to janitor of your department. In these cases, do service request and remember to tell from what department you want to get your new password. 
  • Be ready to prove you identity by some official document.
  • If nessesary, in some cases, we can send password by post as registered letter.

We cannot send passwords by e-mail or SMS!
