The Metropolia IT Services website is implemented in the wiki with the collaborative content production principle.

Each member of Metropolia IT Services can edit any of these wiki pages.

Users may comment in the Add comment field on each page and ask questions about the Metropolia IT Services website.

Users can report problems and ask for technical help by making service requests at https://hd.metropolia.fi

The content of these pages is produced by all members of IT Services and the production is co-ordinated by IT Services Communications team.

Responsible for the content of the sites are the managers of IT Services.
