Login to the device and press the "Asetukset" button (Settings) on the keypad.

Select Drawer to get the the drawer settings.

Toshiba A4 device paper settings

Select the drawer with the wrong setting - e.g B5 in the picture below.

• Then select Size A4.
• Select Paper Type, if the paper settings are wrong.

SelectThickness PLAIN, to set the settings right, and then OK.

On A4 devices the settings should be as shown in the picture below.

Toshiba A3 device paper settings

Select the drawer with the wrong settings. Then select the correct size for the drawer. Select also Paper Type, if the paper settings are wrong.

Select thickness Plain and then OK and one more time OK.

On A3 devices the settings should be as shown in the picture below.

Notice! On the new Toshiba models, 2550/3005/4505 the settings should be as shown in the picture below.
