Manually update F-secure policy
F-secure updates its policy and virus definitions automatically, but it can also be done manually.
1. Right click on thhe F-secure system tray icon, menu pops up
2. Select Check for Updates, this updates both the settings from policy manager server, and the virus definitions
3. F-secure window opens up, Last update check should have a recent time stamo. Close the window.

- Restart your computer and the device where the issue is occurring. Try the function again.
- If the function you are attempting is happening in a web browser, try the function again in an incognito or private window and in a different browser.

- navigation menu of the site (on the left)
- search machine of the wiki (right upper corner)
- a general search engine, for instance Google Search
- alphabetical index
- FAQ
