Dell Power Manager is a power management software installed on every Dell/Alienware laptop.
Checking Battery Health
- Open the Battery Information tab.
- The more green dots after the heart logo, the better the battery.
If the laptop's fans are making loud noise
- Open the Thermal Management tab
- Switch to the Quiet profile
- Note that this may cause the outer surface of the laptop to heat up more.

- Restart your computer and the device where the issue is occurring. Try the function again.
- If the function you are attempting is happening in a web browser, try the function again in an incognito or private window and in a different browser.
