Create a Second Email Account in Outlook
You can add a second email account to Outlook as follows:
In Outlook main window, click on the File menu. A window (below) opens where you must click on Info > Account Settings > Account Settings...:
Account Settings window opens. Your Metropolia email account is listed on the email tab. To add a new email account click the New button:
Select E-mail Account and click on Next:
Type in the information for the new account and click on Next:
Click on Next:
If Outlook cannot find all the settings, check "Change account settings" and click on Next:
Select your email account type and click on Next:
Type in the required information and click on the More Settings button:
More Settings button opens a window with three tabs. You can get the required settings from you email service provider:
After typing in the settings, click on OK in the E-mail Settings window and click on Next in the Add Account window in the background:
Outlook checks the settings. A green check mark is a sign that the account tested OK.
Close the Add Account window with the Finish button. Close the Account Settings window with the Close button.
A new email box appears on the Outlook Home page named as you defined it:
