Lukkarikone (http://lukkarit.metropolia.fi) is again available.

Short service outages in Metropolia`s network drive services on Friday, November 7, 2014 at 3pm

Metropolia's network driver services (all driver letters) will be unavailable a couple of times for about 10 minutes each time on Friday, November 7, 2014 beginning at 3pm.

The services outages are due to an urgent drive system update by the provider.

After the outages the network drives will be connected to workstations automatically. Should the network driver not come back, it is recommended that any open documents are saved to the workstation's local hard drive or a USB drive after which the computer is restarted.

AHOT applications' e-mail notifications not working

Currently e-mail notifications of received AHOT applications are not generated and sent to the officers responsible for processing applications.

The officers should click on the Tuubi AHOT3 teacher/officer link and check whether any applications are received.

The problem is being investigated and will be fixed as soon as possible.

Due to a blackout all Metropolia's services have been down today.

Most of the services are already operational and we continue to check the systems.

Schedule Search Machine Update on October 2, 2014, at 4:00pm - 4:30pm

As a result of the Schedule Search Machine update,

  • The appearance will be unified with the other Metropolia services
  • The machine will be faster. The speed increase is implemented in a way that    results a 10 minutes delay in data freshness. Accordingly, changes in Peppi will be updated to Schedule Search Machine with a 10 minutes delay.
  • Implementation search will improve. Implementations can be sorted using  different criteria the same way as in Studies Search  http://opendata.metropolia.fi/koulutushaku
  • Also some minor fixes will be done to Schedule Search Machine user interface and terminology.

Because of the update, there will be a short (approx. 15 min) service outage after 4pm.
