Searching for messages
Both Outlook and Outlook Web Access have an Instat Search box above the message titles that you can click on the mouse and type in search words. Outlook searches for messages containing the text that you types. The search text can be included in the sender name, message title, content or recipient name.
Example: Search for a person's name

If you type a person's name in the search box and hit Enter, Outlook lists all messages containing the first name or the last name in the title, the content, senders or recipients.
What search words to use?
You can type in the search box multiple words and separate them with a space. Outlook lists all messages containing any of the words.
The search word(s) can be containted in the
- Title
- Sender name or e-mail address
- Content
- Recipient name or e-mail address.
