Server room of Bulevardi is moving to Leppävaara from November 23 to 25, 2018.
Services are working slower than normally during weekend.

There are problems with working old rooms on Adobe Connect provided by Funet Tiimi
Rooms or recordings don´t open necessarily.
You can make the new room or use Skype for Business or Microsoft Teams.
The problem is currently repairing by the vendor.
On the printing system has been appeared the problem, which is repairing currently.

OMA's workspaces are working again.
Currently, more than one third of Helpdesk's support staff are away. We ask for patience because we can react more slowly than normal to
customer service requests.

Metropolia information systems will be transferred from Bulevardi server room to Leppävaara on September 22-23, 2018. The transfer is part of getting prepared to closing down the server room by the end of the year.
Due to the transfer of information systems there will be outages in many services during the weekend. The outages will affect one service at a time and they duration of an outages can be anything from 5 minutes to several hours.
The information systems transfer will case longer outages in the following services:
- desktop.metropolia.fi / securedesktop.metropolia.fi remote desktop services - unavailable all of September 22 beginning at 10am.
- workstation login: a few 10 minutes outage (if you cannot login to a workstation, wait for 10 minutes and restart the computer)
- licensing services: outages in many services requiring a network license, duration approximately 20 minutes/service
- instruction related services:
- smarteam
- teamcenter
- msnav
- flash
- bim.edu
- upper secondary level services: Wilma and Primus (popjazz & conservatory)
The transfers do not case outages in OMA, email, or Metropolia web pages, which will function as normal over the weekend.
