Network drive problems with laptops
Some laptops and/or tablets are having problems mapping network drives during logon. Due to this IT-Services starts to distribute a fix for this. This does not require any action from the users.
After the installation has finished a new shortcut will appear on the desktop.
Clicking this shortcut will start a process that tries to find network drives from the background system and remap them if some or all are missing.
Also since the installation, same process takes place when user logs on the the mobile device and find the network drives and remap them automatically.
