User account is locked


If You get message to Your email like:

"Your user account <cn> is expired <end-date>. Your account is available for two weeks after that and then it's going to be locked.

Before that, You must take care that the data You need will be appropriately transferred. Your files and mailbox are removed after 4 months after the account / access is expired."

If your employment, study or other role in Metropolia continues and the account should not be locked:

 

Metropolia staff takes contact to Personal Secretery if the user account is locked before the expiry of the employment contract.

Metropolia student takes contact to Student Affairs Office

Partner organisations staff and student takes contact to own contact person.

Other users (projects) takes contact to own contact person.

Primary contact is always like told in this page but you can always take contact to Metropolia Helpdesk if you have problems with you user account.
