Out of Office settings in Mac Outlook (automatic replies)


Use the 'Out of Office...' command in the Tools menu to change the automatic reply settings.


To turn on automatic replies select 'Send Out of Office messages'.

In More Options you can specify the time range for automatic replies.
There you can also set the message contents and specify whom to send them to.


To turn off automatic replies select 'Do not send Out of Office messages'.
