• Reset your password, if you've forgotten it or if you don´t have netbank user id and you are a student or a partner. If you are a member of the Metropolia staff, please contact a HR secretary. Remember to activate your account.!
• Show where and how the problem occurred and how it affects you.
• Get small-scale support and guidance in the use of systems. In-depth training in the use of applications and systems is given by designated staff members.
