User support The role of User Support is to assist in and promote Metropolia users learning, teaching and support.
To get help with IT problems, do some of following
- visit the service point during opening hours
- make the service request, contact logs into the system and the debate between the customer and the helpdesk will succeed anywhere and anytime
- in acute distress call the service number of the operating hours.
the use of information techonology in learning, instruction and university support functions as well as to maintain the IT environment.

All Helpdesk personnel perform the same support functions, but they each have also their own areas of specialization.
