Helpdesk Service points and opening hours
Helpdesk Service points can be found in all Metropolia locations. If you need personal service, please visit a Service point. Check location specific opening hours in the chart below.
Helpdesk service pointis and openin hours 11.1.2010 onwards.
Personal service you can get by visiting in service points. Service points are open during the opening hours 8:00-12:00.

At a Service Point In service point you can: 
- reset Reset your password, if you've forgotten it it or if you don´t have netbank user id and you are a student or a partner. If you are a member of the Metropolia staff, please contact a HR secretary. Remember to activate your account!
- Show where and how the problem occurred show what and where problem is and how it affects . Some of the problems are difficult to explain in request.you.
- Get get small-scale support and guidance systems for use with. Unfortunately, not everyone can know everything about everything, so the guidance will depend familiarity of the system.
Service point is not for:
- give simple service request. Customers should make a new self-service request DO THE SERVICE REQUEST NOW
- in the use of systems. In-depth training in the use of applications and systems is given by designated staff members.
Service points are not for:
- making service requests. New requests should be made online at http://hd.metropolia.fi.
