Tilassa hoitopöytiä 10kpl, ensisijaisesti manuaalisen terapian opetukseen tarkoitettu tila. Tilassa videoprojektori ja esityspisteellä säädettävä sähköpöytä. Tuttavallisempi nimi tilalle on plinttiluokka tai plinttitila. Ei sovellu ulosvuokraukseen.
