Helpdesk helps

User The role of user support is to assist in and promote Metropolia users learning, teaching and supportthe use of information techonology in learning, instruction and university support functions.

To get help with IT problems, please do some one of following:

  • visit the Visit a service point during opening hours.
  • make the Make a service request, contact logs to register your issue into the system and the debate between the customer and the helpdesk will succeed anywhere and anytime to communicate with the helpdesk from anywhere and anytime.
  • For an urgent issue, in acute distress call the service number of the operating hours during helpdesk operating hours.

All helpdesk personnel perform the same support functions, but they each have also their own areas of specialization.

Helpdesk maintains a FAQ list, which helps in many IT problems.
