General information:

• This is the website for all the information regarding Metropolia computer sales. Please see this website for updates.
• Computers or any other devices are sold only during sales.
• Sales are arranged 2-4 times a year.
• Sale locations and items for sale can be found below.
• Sale is open for everyone, unless otherwise specified

What is included:

• Monitors include a power cable and a VGA or DVI cable, as long as we have spare cables.
• Computers include a keyboard, mouse and a power cable, as long as we have them in stock.
• No operating system included! Although computers might have unactivated Windows license (sticker), we cannot guarantee that it is unactivated
• Comes with Mac OS X 10.9.5 pre-installed, can be upgraded to newer macOS for free.
• Devices have been tested and will be sold in a working condition.
• The buyer is responsible for transporting the computer by him/herself.
• There are 8 Apple iMac carrying boxes and/or protective foam sheets for safe transporting available if needed.

Payments:

• All purchased items must be paid by CASH cash (VAT 0%). Please take an exact amount of cash with you, as change cannot be guaranteed at the sales event.
• Prices are not negotiable.
• No reservations.
• Discounts are valid only on the sale day.
  

Parking:

• The parking area on Vanha Maantie side is for students between hours 07-21 and without parking permit.
• The parking area behind the gate is meant for teachers and can be used only with parking permit.
• Illegally parked cars and motorcycles will be issued a 40 € ticket.

• Hämeentie 135 campus doesn't have any student or faculty parking as such, but there are some free roadside parking spaces available
• Metered Iittalakeskus parking lot is also at your disposal

Warranty:

• Devices are sold as is, and have no warranty. All customers have possibility to test their devices at selling location. In case the computer you purchased would have any problems, please contact your local Helpdesk within 7 days of purchase and we will try to help you.
