  • 2.1.1 Activate your own Metropolia username at http://activation.metropolia.fi if you have not already done so.

3. How do I create a new page?

  • 3.1 Add Create -> Blank Page
  • 3.2 Write the title into the box at the top of the page (replace “New page” with the title).
  • 3.3 Compose the text body into a box located below the toolbox (B I U etc.)
  • 3.4 Edit the content (sub-headings, links, images).
  • 3.5 Save (by pressing Save) or delete (Cancel).

  • 7.1.1 Go to the page that you want to delete.
  • 7.1.2 Tools -> RemoveDelete

Note! “Remove” “Delete” action moves the page and other possible attached files into the Confluence trash. These files can then be found with Google searches, but not with Confluence’s own search function. If pages and associated files should be deleted, they must be deleted separately from Confluence trash. (Browse -> Space admin -> Trash -> Purge).

Note! “Remove” “Delete” action also deletes files attached to the page.
