Open my own calendar function opens your calendar. You may create and edit reservations in the calendar.

N.B! Some of the buttons are visible only on the planner's or the administrator's desktop!

Calendar views

Your own calendar opens in the week view as a default.

You may filter the view under Make other reservation. Select filtering by room, people, implementations or groups. The user's name is in the field as a default.

Add more search terms

Add more search terms to limit the search.

 

To go to a certain date, select the Move to date button in the upper right corner of the calendar.

On the right-hand side above the calendar, you see the month and day buttons, which allow you to change the view accordingly.

Calendar settings

Calendar settings let you choose what the calendar shows.

 

Add reservation

Browse reservation details

Select the reservation in the calendar to see the detailed information. 

OR

Select the cog button on the upper right corner of the reservation and select Show.

Edit reservations

Select the reservation details (as above) OR select the cog on the reservation and then Edit. This way, you may edit all the fields that you could edit when you created the reservation.

Copy reservation

Delete reservation

You may delete the reservation by selecting the cog - Delete. The confirmation window appears that allows you to send a cancellation message to students. >> Deletion and cancellation of reservation (lisää linkki)

Mass editing

You may edit recurring reservations by either opening the reservation and selecting Edit all repetitions or selecting the cog icon and Mass editing of the reservation in the calendar view.

 

Reservation listing and mass management
  1. The chosen/recurring events form a list at the top of the page an you may add new information at the bottom of the page. (tähän makro)

  2. When you make a selection in the Action column, new fields open, in which you may add information.
  3. Accept the changes with the Make changes button.
  4. A green bar will appear at the top of the page informing you about the successful change. You will see the changed information in the list as well.
