Step-by-step instructions

1. Select Year planning -> Implementations -> ”Copy implementations”
2. Select the academic year, whose implementations you want to copy.
3. You may choose either a) a group-based or b) a curriculum-based copying
   1.  Select the Group, whose implementations you want to copy -> schedule the copies to a certain academic year -> set a group for the copies.
   2. Select the Curriculum, whose implementations you want to copy -> schedule the copies to a certain academic year -> select the curriculum to which you want to copy the implementations (the source curriculum is chosen as default).
4. Select Search. 
5. The search results are in a list / table form and they include the following implementation data:

• Code
• Name
• Min. starts               
• Max. ends
• Starts
• Ends
• Enrolment starts
• Enrolment ends
• Groups
• Cost centers
• Person in charge
• Administrator          
• Office                     
• Unit
•  Degree programme
• ”Min. seats”            
• ”Max. seats”
• Language of instruction
• ”Virtuality”
• ”RDI”

All the implementations on the list are selected as default, but you may change the selection by deselecting the tickboxes of the implementations you do not want to copy.

6. Return or Proceed to defining tasks.

7. When you proceed to defining tasks, you may set the following information on the copied implementation: 

The system proposes the information on the original implementation as base data.

8. Create implementations and tasks.

9. You may follow the success of the copying from the Previous copies function (see the picture above -> under Copying implementations) and edit the copied implementations from “Edit copied implementations”. 

10.  The mass editing function allows you to make changes to multiple implementations at a time. You may change the columns of the view (from Set columns) and make the changes with Edit. N.B.! When you copy implementations, the copied implementations will have the same start and end dates as the original ones based on the academic year’s calendar weeks.
