After filling out the application form as explained in OMA you can log in to Moblity-Online with your username and continue the application process.

The login link can be found e.g. on the OMA front page: Tools / Common tools / Mobility-Online.

Notice

You can log in to Mobility-Online after filling out the application form and your Metropolia username is connected there.
