Not for Metropolia maintained computers
Instructions here apply to your own computer only, not to computers that are maintained by Metropolia. You install software on your own computer at your own risk and you yourself are in response of whether their work and of what they do you your computer. If you want software installed on a Metropolia computer, please ask Helpdesk to do the installation.
Microsoft Office
Metropolia students and staff can download the Office package (Office 365 Pro Plus) for free. The license allows installing Office on five privately owned devices. The software are available both for Window and OSX computers and iPads.
Before downloading the Office package you must accept Metropolia cloud services rules and regulations. It will take about two hours after accepting the rules and regulations until you can login to the download page.
The Office license is valid until the end of studies or the end of employment at Metropolia.
Windows and Office for all staff
Metropolia staff members can download Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office also from Microsoft's home use software webstore: https://metropolia.onthehub.com.
